You have been asked to write a program that creates a chart of sales data for Skunk Works, a company that fixes broken skunks.

Skunk Works has five locations, numbered (conveniently) locations 1 through 5.  Your program will ask the user for the last four weeks of sales data for each location.  Then (after ALL the data has been entered), display the data in a nicely formatted table.  In addition, your program will display total sales for each location, as well as for each week, and a grand total.

Example:

          1    $100.00   $150.00   $100.00   $100.00   $450.00
          2    $500.00   $100.00   $200.00   $300.00 $1100.00
          3    $100.00      $50.00  $100.00   $100.00   $350.00
          4    $300.00   $300.00   $200.00   $100.00   $900.00
          5    $100.00      $75.00  $500.00   $100.00   $775.00
Totals     $1100.00   $675.00 $1100.00   $700.00 $3575.00

Note: You will need to use a two-dimensional array for this.  The totals should not be stored in an array, but should instead be calculated on the fly.  I suggest using a method that will add up the values in the array.
