At first, the good part of the proposal development was the team dynamics; the team worked with perfect collaboration as we got the desired outputs in our efforts. We came to the conclusive statements of information gathered as well as on the deadline based tasks assigned to each one of us. The strong points of the projects were to collect the information from the RFPs and grants mentioned for the workforce safety and I carried out the research and analysis parts. With the approval of the team members, the information was sent to all for their initial review and we then virtually met for discussions over the project.
