 Getting to know the time when to implement important strategies  
 Apple Inc has done several mergers and acquisitions. Company has a strong history of 
joint ventures and strategic alliances. Recently Apple Inc has entered into a strategic alliance 
with Yahoo. It has been reported that this alliance would help Apple in competition with its 
archrival Google in Smartphone market. Some time back Google acquired Motorola and 
announced its entry in mobile phone market with a bang.
