Introduction
This assignment has been based upon a case study, which has been dealing with the international business environm
ent. The company, which has been taken for analysis, is Woolworths, which has its relevance's in Australia. The business of South Africa and the United Kingdom has been interrelated with it for meaningful purposes. In this work in the first part, the organizational culture of Australia and the other two countries have been taken into view. It will move on to describe the CSR of their origins. In the last part, a recommendation has been observed for both of the business practices and performances.
Part A
Organizational Culture of Country of Origin
Australia has been trying to maintain the culture of its home company, Woolworths in a unique way. Woolworths has been one of the renowned retailers, which excelled in selling the groceries in its chain of supermarkets. Their culture is a commitment to hard work and integrity and being resolute in its business components (Kasanagottu & Bhattacharya, 2020). Australian Woolworths try to remain as much open to the customers with repeated benefits and the problems and freely share between them. 24*7 the Woolworth of Australia has been providing services to the customers in both online as well as offline manners.
Organizational Culture of Country of Abroad
The organizational culture of the Woolworths in South Africa is that they do not remain open to the customers in case of dealing with problems as well as benefits. South African Woolworths has been facing higher numbers of competitors such as the Mr.Price Group, Trueworth's and the Old Khaki (Bailey, 2017). The maintenance of the culture in the UK is a bit different from that of South Africa. Here in each of the food departments and the groceries there has been a scope of putting their own views and options for a particular product. This has been relevant for increasing the business and revenues.
