Project Background & Description
Globex Corporation (“Globex”) has initiated the mission for helping the farmers in enhancing the respective productions through the reduction of both cost as well as time. In effective, Globex is offering two critical products, that is, precision farming as well as farm products. In addition to the same, farming team at Globex possesses more than thirty-year experience within the domain of agriculture business as well as has experts who possess extensive expertise over newer technologies. More importantly, precision farming from Globex has led to making farming easier for the farmers through the integration of all newer technologies such that the farmers could in a quicker manner enhance the daily planning as they seem appropriate. In leveraging these resources, expertise, and experience, the team at Globex has undertaken the decision for supporting and aiding the students in high schools by ways of starting the training & apprenticeship program for high school students (“TAHS”) for purposes of enhancing their respective skillsets as well as opportunities within the said domain.
In undertaking the same, Globex shall be employing computer reliant system for managing the overall program. In this context, there shall be collaboration amongst three of the main entities, that is, manufacturers of farming equipment, Globex representatives, and the school representatives. The key features relating to this proposed project include the following – [i] TAHS shall invite the students as well as collect details like that of name of the students, school year, skillsets, etc., [ii] TAHS shall also collect the information from the manufacturers of farming equipment for meeting the requirements of the project, [iii] The representatives at Globex shall manage this overall project through the use of information that has been collected from the students as well as the manufacturers of farming equipment, and, and [iv] Globex shall then be offering training for the students through the undertaking of short courses in collaboration with the manufacturers for farming equipment for aiding the students in improve the respective skills.
It has to be noted herein that Globex has availed the services of Virtucon for managing the overall growth concerning this project.

Part Two: Scope & Scope Management Plan
The specific set of scope for this project can be summarized as follows –
· Collect details from students like that of name of the students, school year, skillsets, etc.
· Collect the information from the manufacturers of farming equipment for meeting the requirements of the project
· Management of the overall project through the use of information that has been collected from the students as well as the manufacturers of farming equipment
· Develop and Implement TAHS program offering training for the students through the undertaking of short courses in collaboration with the manufacturers for farming equipment for aiding the students in improve the respective skills.
The overall scope concerning the project shall be managed by way of varied set of control as well as planning related metrics akin to the project quality / schedule / budget as well as the affiliated processes which aid in monitoring as well as controlling all of these. On account of the inherent nature and characteristic of this project as well as the absence of market related impact potentials, stability concerning this project at an overall level can be stated to be consistent as well as constant. In effect the scope shall be effectively managed in the manner of employing consistent levels of monitoring, the review of quality metrics, as well as using relevant control processes. The changes with respect to scope shall be suitably integrated within this project using an integrated form of process design and implementation, the evaluation of potential impacts as well as the implications, and also by making sure adequate approvals (Kerzner & Kerzner, 2017; Harrison & Lock, 2017; Nicholas & Steyn, 2017).
