The governance and laws helped to balance the peace and harmony in the ancient Egyptian communities and societies (See Appendix activity 6). The ancient Egyptian culture displays a sense of patriarchy. The absence of public educational institutes led to the decreased advancement of the middle class and lower class children. The girls were married at an early age and were taught house-making activities. Women’s daily activities depended on their class, that they belonged in the societal hierarchy (See Appendix activity 7). The collections end with the trade, war and conquest experienced in the land of Egypt.
