The aim of the report is to fully analyse the chosen workplace against the studied theory and principles of successful business and its environment. It offers an opportunity to apply and test the knowledge and skills of prior learning to a specific establishment in the chosen industry and will aid in the identification of further development needs. Instructions: The focus of the Report should be on critically analysing your industry placement organisation within its microenvironment. Your analyses should carefully contextualise the principles and theory studied in this course as well as other prior learning courses to your specifically approved industry placement company. The company should be fully introduced and its workings analysed in a full business report. You may use your findings in your reflection journal to inform your report. Introduction
    The current project is based on analysis and research of TFE Hotels. This is an
international hotel which is situated in Australia. The main motive of the work is to identify how the organization is moving with strategic direction. While discussing TFE Hotel’s organizational development, the strategic goals of the company will be underlined. The work will next move on to describe the concurrent organizational culture. As the hotel concerns the hospitality, the communication and leadership within its internal environment will be discussed. Several important theories will be inputted. The work will aim in defining teamwork. The motive is to show how teamwork proves itself as superior in TFE hotels.
    The next part of the project will discuss aspects of motivation needed in TFE. Motivational theories and models will be considered in this part of the research. TFE hotels need some recommendations for further success. Recommendations and Conclusion will be given at last.
Background of the company
    TFE or Toga Far East Hotels is operating in Australia. It has its subsidiaries and outlets in other countries like New Zealand, Denmark, Hungary and Germany. The hotel is so renowned that it is associated with establishment of five brands like Adina Hotels, Vibe Hotels and Rendezvous Hotels. It is a hospitality industry which calls for attention in Australia. It had property development and real estate ownerships with the group of DNA. It had its excellent features like hotel designing, development of capability of management. These two features have helped in attracting customers. In the current days, TFE Hotels holds 80 hotels with 20,000 keys in Australia.
    TFE has shared its hands with many travel companies. It can enhance their interrelationships with the clients and suppliers. It can strengthen their distribution of preferred benefits to the guests. One such travel corporations are “Velocity Frequent Flyers”

    TFE is a hospitality industry. The strategic goal is to become a market leader. The ensuing motives are fulfilled by bringing on different excellent services for the guests. The incorporation of exclusive designs, variation of the tastes in foods is an effort from TFE. This little effort of business helped TFE in doubling up its business in 2019. In 2020, amidst pandemic, TFE tried to explore new customer segments. Like, TFE is providing regular necessities and eatables for the customers (Goh & King, 2020). Therefore, customers are able to rely much on TFE and its services.
    The structure of TFE hotels is that it has been currently operating in 16 countries throughout. TFE has a motto of involvement of operators and developers, hoteliers. These means, structure of TFE is bi-operational. It provides services and sets up business for operators and developers in business. Moreover, it had incorporated hospitality arms with Singapore’s Far East Company. This company is the main supplier of the raw materials of the TFE. TFE had its factories for production in its own nearby locality (Goh & Okumus, 2020). TFE is currently operating with 40,000 employees in Australia. Travelodge, Brisbane, Canberra, Britomart are the other hotels with which it shares its business

    The organizational culture of the TFE hotels is assigned with several values. TFE hotels is highly passionate about breaking down the boundaries existing between global teams. The main motto of removing the boundaries is that team work will enhance. The productivity of the team work in the TFE hotels will bore fruitful results fulfilling hospitality. The culture of the TFE is associated with ideas of organizing some virtual trips. It will help in developing connections among people and customers. Culture is directly proportional to the values and beliefs of the employees and the workers associated with TFE.
TFE believes that work and dealing with customers would be more like family. It will help in development of the interrelationships between customers and management. Therefore TFE uses the “Clan Oriented culture”. TFE uses this culture in order to develop focus on mentoring the employees to support themselves well (Njagi, Kamau & Muraguri, 2020). It helps in development of the cooperation between teams and subjects present. Market culture which is followed by TFE is “Global Thin Film Encapsulation”.
