A contract is a lawfully enforceable agreement between two or more parties, each of which holds legal liability which should be completed. Several aspects of the daily life include contracts, including applying for car loans, buying property, signing paperwork related to employment and buying products and services or agreeing to the terms and conditions while using computer software. A voluntary, deliberate and legally binding agreement between two or more officers is called contract. The contracts are regularly written, but they can be verbal and viable, usually related to employment, sales or lease and rent.
