Introduction
Mechanical engineering is a form of engineering that can help manufacture, design, and improve buildings, buildings, as well as other infrastructure utilized in the whole world. The working of a mechanical engineer is the most significant     jobs in the globe. As mechanical engineer, I must take various measure to keep my project on time moreover must use multiple skills to ensure that work is completed effectively or on time. This reflective paper is about issues I face as the person in charge of the mechanical engineering project moreover changes I proposed. Additionally, this article also discusses the skills I use to ensure that my commitment to my work is appropriate and to effectively apply these changes.
Overview of the Proposed Changes
As the leader of project, in project of my mechanical engineering, I think that a few changes need to be made to ensure that the work is completed in a successful ways, and that the adoption of these changes will have a positive impact on the overall effects (Kinnie and Swart, 2011). The changes needed for successful work on the projects can be described as requirement to hire more skilled workers on site, these skilled workers are organized in the form of organized skilled employees, which will allow the working to be completed on time moreover ensure that for unskilled mechanical engineer (Parsells, 2013). In addition, the requirements for this type of mechanical engineer will require more money investment in mechanical engineer costs to ensure that each of them can get the full compensation they deserve for a long time period. The increase in the wages of skilled workers will allow them to do more work as well as get better their business in long run (Lindberg, 2013). This view is based on the views of Osborne and Frey (2017), who pointed out that enhance in skilled mechanical engineer in actual projects can ensure that the work is completed in an efficient manner as well as can save a lot of work. Hiring more mechanical engineer in project work can also ensure that the number of people doing the work is reduced because they will not burden too much work that will hinder their health (Kinnie and Swart, 2011). I suggest that over time, it is recommended to hire more skilled mechanical engineer in the project.
