Incident report
Max Lionel Realty (MLR) is facing issue in maintaining its profit and revenue if they only concentrate on the domestic market.
Situation - Client who was getting late decided to take the emergency exit and staircase and fell breaking her wrist.
Problem - Exit door was blocked with boxes of paper
Attention - One of the agents heard the call for help and ran to open the exit door and helped the client to get out
Not realizing what happened, client criticized the high hell of client implying men are better at work and in situations like these it would never had have happened. Perhaps, she should have taken the lift. Client was humiliated and she felt disgusted
Client was taken to Royal Women's Hospital in an ambulance. She is threating to sue MLR for loss of income, injuries as well as mental trauma.
Root Cause
There is complete and a systemic breakdown in the compliance with the WHS management system of the organization. The entire system has been implemented recently and clearly form the requisite practice which has not been embedded.
