Nora provides a completely different point of view about how one can move on with grief and no by just putting it aside which is necessary for bearing up with the various kinds of losses people have every day. The key takeaways of this video are to understand how one can react to the situations of grief in life. Moving on with grief is not an easy procedure but by sharing the experiences of grief with someone gives lightening mode; it strengthens the internal skills of someone to deal with the points of grief. It is more like the procedure which is based on shared models of understanding grief and reacting to it strongly. I could see strong points like evidence based support given to the argument and detailed explanations given to grief. However, the light mode and frequent use of sarcasm were some of the negative issues that I found with the video itself. There should not be this much use of sarcasm while dealing with some serious issue. Fun and enjoyment is okay but it should be limited to the core of discussing a serious topic like managing grief and how one can do it.
