Reflection on Feedback
The assessment of the complete feedback indicates the same is to a large extent positive and recognizes the meeting of most of the expectations. Some areas of improvement include the sentence structure and formation, and the organized framing of the objectives aligned to the SMART framework. The overall learning from the feedback and the overall task has been the importance of ideating, planning, and developing goals that are aligned to all aspect and element of the SMART framework, and the importance of effective written communication. The ways both shall be pursued and enhanced upon is very crucial. With respect to SMART framework, I shall intend to employ in daily activities and other pursuits in a consistent manner to enhance the effective application of SMART framework.
