Block: In agricultural experiment most of the time we divide the whole experiment unit into relative homogeneous group or strata and these strata are more uniform among themselves then the whole field are called blocks.
Randomize: This means that we provide treatments to each block in a randomize manner. That is each block receive a random treatment. But how can we provide the treatment randomly it is something that is not understood.
b)
1. With Tukey’s procedure it is more difficult to find a difference than with Fisher’s protected LSD.
2. Fisher’s LSD method does not offer full control of the experiment wise type I error rate, which Tukey’s does.
