Please create a high-level masters level PowerPoint (14 slides) with speaker notes on each slide for the following 2 questions

1. Several speakers in this week's videos spoke of health inequities; and one speaker stated, "There is a need for much more translation of what we know contributes to disparities towards action." In what ways can clinical research investigators and study teams, as well as the larger clinical research enterprise, work to address disparities in health?

Health care inequalities can be caused by a variety of variables, including
the quality of care provided and access to treatment. This paper will discuss about the problems that the health disparities research community is facing in order to fill key gaps in the knowledge base and find effective solutions. As a result, the following are the reasons why obstacles arise and how they might be overcome.
2
Factors in the healthcare system
lack of access to health care
failure to obtain prompt treatment
cost-effective and high-quality treatment
address health inequities
The causes of these discrepancies are multifaceted, based in present and historical injustices, and involve both external and internal influences to the health-care delivery system (Bell, 2019). Major causes include a failure to obtain prompt treatment and a lack of access to health care. To see if systemic improvements have a major impact on lowering health care inequities, more investigation is necessary. New delivery models have been proposed by both clinicians and payers as a way to address health inequities. To promote increasing access to cost-effective and high-quality treatment, a whole new set of structures is being designed.
3
Quality of care and improvement
Overuse and misuse of provision of health-care services
Techniques for reviewing care delivery in a methodical approach
tool for adjusting an intervention over time
Lack of techniques in improving quality
Less emphasis on outcome measurements and methodology
Health inequalities are exacerbated by the poor quality of care received. Overuse, or the provision of health-care services for which the risks outweigh the benefits or are not required, indicates low quality and drives up health-care expenses. A greater knowledge of overuse in the US health-care system should help to guide efforts to decrease unnecessary care (Bell, 2019).
Quality improvement strategies have the potential to assist health systems in identifying problems with care quality. They provide a technique for studying care delivery in a methodical approach as well as a tool for adjusting an intervention over time. However, quality improvement that focuses on inequalities is understudied, with little emphasis paid to key outcome measurements and methodology.
4
System for payment reform
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) is a first step in ensuring access.
Reducing cost and save money
Improvements required physician consolidation into bigger groups.
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) is a first step in ensuring access, but the removal of the individual mandate component will have an impact on how much of an impact it has on disparities in outcomes of care. Even if the ACA were to remain unmodified, additional long-term data would be required to assess the possible impact on health-care inequities.
The Medicare Accountable Treatment Organization (ACO) initiative is intended to assist Medicare patients save money while enhancing the quality of their care (Chin, 2021). ACOs encourage physician consolidation into bigger groups, which might improve care quality and coordination. It's still unclear if ACOs reduce health inequities, and this information gap offers a unique study opportunity.
5
Medical home
Quality and safety
comprehensive care
patient-centered care
coordinated treatment
Accessible services.
