Bobo Doll Experiment
The Bobo Doll experiment was an experiment conducted by Albert Bandura and in this, he used small boys and girls as his subjects. The theory demonstrated that children acquire or learn any kind of social behavior such as aggression or helping others in need by observing (Vahedi, 2020). They learn from what they see their guardians or any other adults they grow up with. This observation is acquired by children through learning by watching how adults behave.
For example- once, I had taken my niece out for a stroll in the park where I had given a bottle of water to a thirsty man. A few days later, I found her giving biscuits to a stray dog who was loitering on our sidewalk.
From this, I was able to conclude that kids learn human behavior while seeing what adults do. This was a great reflection of the Bobo Doll Experiment.
