I have joined a fitness school, from where I have learnt whatever it is required to be a fitness trainer, along with regular physical workouts and proper diet to keep myself healthy and fit all the time. The next important thing is that I had received the certificate as a fitness trainer, which will help me a lot in making my career in fitness industry. The Australian associations are: Exercise and Sports Science Australia, Australasian Faculty of Musculoskeletal Medicine, Australian Strength and Conditioning Association, Australian Track and Field Coaches Association, Australian Women sport and Recreation Association, Fitness Australia, Sports Medicine Australia and Australian Resuscitation Council.
b. List the types of employment opportunities that exist in this industry.
The employment opportunities available in this industry are: athletic trainer, exercise physiologist, fitness trainer, massage therapist, occupational therapist, physical therapist and recreational therapist.

To become a fitness trainer, a level 2 certificate course, or diploma in health and fitness or level 2 diploma in instructing exercise is required
