Introduction and purpose:
The code of conduct is introduced in the organization is to made t
he employees aware of the behaviors they have to possess and the guidelines they have to follow in the organization. The main purpose of the code of conduct is to set and maintain a standard for the behavior to all stakeholders in the company.
Scope:
The code of ethics is addressed towards its executives, directors, and in general all of the company personnel irrespective of the roles they perform and the positions they hold in the workplace. All the stakeholders and the employees who are related to the company should be liable of following these conducts and the standards formulated by the company.
Applicable Legislation:
The code of conduct holds on several legislations that would advocate the safety and security of the employees including the workplace health and safety as well as the discrimination legislations. The legislations vary from company to company and from place to place.
Expected personal and professional behavior:
