1. Introduction
In the area of information technology up gradation and innovations are one of the most common terminology that are been used. Technologies play the most vital role Irrespective of any organisation. Information technology is a key factor for improving customer satisfaction, profitability and operational efficiency. The current project is focused on developing a project plan in order to enhance technologies that are using by various organizations. Finding out the loopholes that still exist with the applied technologies is another objective of the project.
2. Project background
It has been observed that due to use of technology organisation are getting success over the years. Moreover, it has been identified that due to excessive technologies many organisation are getting are receiving plenty of damages in their existing operation.
The current project is primary focused on identifying tools that are required for project estimation, developing critical path analysis and cost benefit analysis. Another objective of the project is to gain a knowledge regarding synthesize complex parameter which can be useful in IT PM framework and process. Last objective of the project is to understand emerging project management practices that are existed in recent times.
3. Project requirements
A project requirement can be categorised into three different segments. The first one is monetary requirement (non-functional). In that section, an accounting analysis conducted in order to fulfil the financial requirement of the project. As cited by Marcelino-Sádaba et al. (2014), practice of estimating and analysing financial requirement is known as project budgeting. Apart from financial factor, Non-financial factor is also another key requirement for the project. In that section, human requirement is considered for the job (functional). Project management team hire a number of employee departmental wise in that situation. As opined by Mir & Pinnington (2014), companies invest lots of amount in order to complete hiring process for the upcoming implementation correctly. The third and the last requirement of a project is Technology; in that context scientific method, technologies and approaches that are used by the implementation collaborates of a project (functional). As cited by Paquin, Gauthier & Morin (2016), efficiency and effectiveness of a project are highly influenced by the technologies used in that particular project. However, it has been observed project costs are increased due to implementation of updated technologies in a project.

4. Project team members
Project planner need to develop a number of departments while executing the planned project. Each departments engaged with a project is considered as team. For the current project, most important team come into the picture first is the project budgeting team. That particular team involved with estimating the budget for the project. Moreover, they are involved with approaching stakeholders and allocating the money to the other departments. Project planning team is another important department. They are involved with managing and planning a proper way so that the project can get executed properly (Wu et al. 2017). Along with planning team, risk management team also very important. A project can have plenty of uncertain outcomes defending those outcomes is the main objective of that risk management team. Benchmarking team or quality management team is also involved with a project. According to Harrison & Lock (2017), quality management team involved with comparing actual outcomes from the project with the expected outcomes. Apart from these teams HR team, conflict resolution team, IT teams are also included with the project.

5. Development of project plan
While developing a project, project planner need to follow some steps. In the initial step of developing a project plan is to developing a prototype of a project plan.
