Business Overview/Background
Moose mountain café is an independent start-up venture, the location of the café is at 200 Main Street, Moose Mountain, NH with around seating for 20 patrons. The main service linked with the café is it would be serving a basic American style breakfast and lunch with the main focus on delivering healthy and tasty food. The café would be looking to use low-fat recipes so that the taste of the food would not be compromised. The café consists of a 20*20 square-foot dining room, a 15*15 square-foot kitchen, two bathroom and a storage room. The trading hour of the café would be 6:30 am- 2:30 p.m., 6days a week and from 8:00 am to 3:00 p.m. on Sundays. The café would be providing a good area to enjoy the healthy and tasty foods and soups offered by it.
Strategic Environment
The company main advantages of the service is it would be providing the customers a clean place to have their breakfast and lunch and the food that would be provided would be considerably healthy and fresh. The menu item for the breakfast will range from $1.99-4.99 and the lunch items would range from $2.50-5.99. The café would be providing low fat food and healthy foods to the customer along with a hygienic environment. The menu as well as the services offered by the café is something that would be considered preferable by the customers (Ulrich & Grochowski, 2018).
The Target segment for the café are-
Business Owners and Workers- in the week days around 2000 people works in the moose mountain and in which most of the workers works in the morning shift for the reason the café opens at 6:30. In this group the employees that are considered are the managers, clerks, factory employees, labours, professional tradesman and several other workers. These are among one of the prominent target customers for the café.
Tourists- Moose Mountain also holds the arrival of tourists in good amount the café would be channelizing their effort to grab the attention of the tourists. The Café would be distributing their menu in the lodges so that more and more customer would be aware of it and come to their café. The advertisement would be also done at local spots and information centre so that more and more tourists could be attracted.
Local Residents and Workers- local customers and the workers working in several companies are also the prominent target segment. The café would be channelizing efforts to attract the local residents and the workers through advertisement and listing so that they could be the regular customers of the café (Williams, 2019).
Students- as college is located nearby café so there is a huge opportunity to attract the college students as the college timing is from 8:00 a.m. in the morning to 2:00 p.m. considering the students as the target segment café would be putting its effort to attract the students as a bigger customer base for the café.

They should be properly handling the cash submitted by the customers and should be dressed according the dress code of the café.

One of the major skills that is required in the waitress is they must be aware of the customer service skills as this is one of the most prominent works they will have to carry throughout their journey as a waitress.
