This target market will be young individuals who have recently gone into the age group of adults, which is 16+. The target segment will be this because after the COVID-19 pandemic people have become more health conscious and therefore they are targeting ways which can be used to make sure that they are healthy also bicycles they become healthy and at the same time they can be used for commuting. The strategy/option that needs to be prioritized should be partnering with offline retailers, this is important because from the data that has been gathered by Tim it can be seen that most of the people in the young age group are not very fond of buying a bicycle over the internet as they are good to select and then modify. This strategy can be prioritized by making sure that the group of retailers across each region is selected and the same can be contacted to understand their sales when the sales are analysed then it can be used to finalize if the company should partner with them or not. This first strategy of prioritizing will be a good way to increase sales, as currently, the firm is not doing any offline sales but going forward with such partners the offline sales can be increased and therefore the growth can be sustained.
