Activity 1
Introduction
Here, we would be discussing and highlighting the requirement of assessment related to new management ideas and building of knowledge and information about JKL industries. We hold an aim to develop a process by information passes and communication which is related to support others and also achieving responsibilities of work with employees and contribution of consultation in the work. The outcomes and feedback would be welcomed also drawing a resolution that would be related to personnel.
Body
To communicate responsibilities and information for proper work coordination with co-workers, it is really important to make sure that the policies and strategies are processed with the proper framework. To achieve succession in this regard, there is a need for implementation of the proper consultation process in the context of employees who can grab opportunities and make a contribution in their work role.
There is an importance of proper formulation of strategies which might help in the formulation of right strategies and processes and share the achievement and problems with co-workers. This can only happen when one holds a habit of developing good relations, trust and honesty with the fellow workers. A healthy relationship developed in a workplace makes the pain of failure less and joy of success more as both superiors and subordinates are accountable and also answerable for their actions. To make it a success, open communication plays a good role. Even it is really important to analyze the goals of an employee and to coordinate those goals with those of the company as the development of all is essential. So there arises a need which can provide equal basic powers to everyone in a workplace. Everyone should be treated equally and provided with some basic powers in an organization. For the resolution of the conflict situation, a business must be knowing the exact areas of conflict along with how to deal with them in the best ethical way. For the successful resolution of the conflict situation, there must be a transparency in the submission of feedback and 360-degree appraisal theme program must be introduced. In our company, the grievances and complaints must be handled in a positive way of shaking hands with an open door policy.
Conclusion
I like to focus on the need of the feedback in relation with the employees as per outcomes and also ties as per the process of the consultation. Our one of the main aim was to develop a theme or a process which could raise some necessary issues which could be dealt with properly and the relevant actions must be taken by defined personnel.

Policy purpose- to develop and understand the cultural diversity and understand its ethical framework

Draft policy
Our policy holds an importance of developing a balanced and unbiased environment, through the maintenance of right ethical and cultural framework. Therefore the policy of equality must be developed here in lieu of providing equal and stabilize work culture for all the employees. The ethical framework hold by the principles of the company must be equal and also be stable for the outlining of the framework of an employee. This holds an important area for development as per owners and employees that notice with differences in lifestyle, nationality, age and also gender that can make hiring for the company according to the policy of company's recruitment and selection according to the merit of the employee. Our company's policy would be that everyone (including managers, peer group, employees, labor and even third party) would be given unbiased and equal treatment and no partiality would be done in hiring, recruitment and other employment opportunities in our organization.
Activity 2 B
Being a senior executive or senior leader, I know and understand the importance of framing some enthusiastic policies that hold importance in the framework of our organization. I as a leader would be really happy to formulate some policies that would ensure the equal treatment to all in spite of the cultural diversities as here we believe in equal relationships of work. This can only happen through proper communication channels and true feedback process and even participation of everyone for the smooth functioning of the policies framed for the benefit of employees. On my part, I promise you all of being unbiased while implementation of the policies and would do it with complete honesty and truth.
Being a leader, I would like to welcome all of you to come beyond the diversified cultures and help in formulating complete communication channels. It is really very important for me to solve any query you hold for the foundation of proper trust and commitment based relationship which must be more transparent than ever. For the success of this, we need to deliver more than what we call solution. For the uniformity in the process of delivering the right work environment to you, there is a need for right strategic decision making.
Activity 3
To be an effective leader, I need to bring out management process which is performance based as a valuable tool and ensure a support for the employees who hold a sense of lack of work interest. For this sake, and discussion with my core team, we would be framing policies and discussing only the benefit of the employees and along with their performance and development of the whole team.
