    Sustaining growth is when the company has been growing for a few quarters and years, so after this growth, the growth needs
to be sustained as that is how the company will be able to grow at the same rate. The growth rate can be sustained by targeting the right customer segments which the company can analyse and then keep on tapping.
    This target market will be young individuals who have recently gone into the age group of adults, which is 16+. The target segment will be this because after the COVID-19 pandemic people have become more health conscious and therefore they are targeting ways which can be used to make sure that they are healthy also bicycles they become healthy and at the same time they can be used for commuting.
    The strategy/option that needs to be prioritized should be partnering with offline retailers, this is important because from the data that has been gathered by Tim it can be seen that most of the people in the young age group are not very fond of buying a bicycle over the internet as they are good to select and then modify. This strategy can be prioritized by making sure that the group of retailers across each region is selected and the same can be contacted to understand their sales when the sales are analysed then it can be used to finalize if the company...
