Every organization required changes as per the demand of the organization development process. The organization, Fast Track need to consider an illustration of the business plan which consider the successful process of the business in future. The planning of the business development process supports marketing, finance and another operational process of work also. Here Fast track organization gathers a good reputation throughout the world. The company gives service for 15 years in New South Wales. The company generally marketed through the process of telephones, internet listings, direct sales and mail outs process. This study discusses the change requirement of Fast track, project plan process and management of the project plan.

Identification of change needs link towards the strategic plan
The company tries to implement different changes in their structures and the operation process of the internal and external system. The change requirements are listed below:
1. They try to develop a proper market share as per the preference of the company service.
2. They also try to change their delivery system, by offering a short time delivery process to the customers.
3. The weak distribution process can create a negative impact on the organisation. Therefore they try to overcome it (Chinoperekweyi 2020).
4. The productivity of the organisation reported being completed through the usability of the PDA data.
The organization Fast Track need to link between the changes identified above with the strategic planning of the organisation. However, the requirements of the link are discussed below:
1. The company try to expand their business process in the metropolitan areas. Therefore they increase the delivery market in the different small and medium-size market by 7.5%.
2. The organisation also employed technology like GPS systems and the PDA process to improve the system of the distribution (Chinoperekweyi 2020).
3. Different training programs are initiated by the organisation, towards the employees for change requirement of technology and the structure of the organisation.
Review of the organization performance against objectives
The organisation needs to review the current state to understand the impact of policies, practice and the process of the operation.
The impact of people:
The impact of the process: the impact of the fast track service in the process state that delivery drivers are not willing to consider PDA system because it is automated in nature and the result of this process consider a delay.

Therefore the organisation can lose their market share and unable to prefer the fast delivery process (Dhingra and Punia 2016). in the other hand the government change the transport policies or increases the tax of road then the delivering order increased the cost.

The major operation process required in the organisation process is the identification of the weakness to change those sectors. Therefore it can be stated that organisation, need to consider the gaps initially after that they can able to consider the changes. The main dispute or weak section of the organisation is performance gaps, opportunities of business process and the threats due to the highly competitive market. Therefore initially the organisation needs to consider using one driver for a particular one truck. After that, they decided to increases and expand the business process by considering 8 trucks more.

The changes need in the organisation required a specialist to continue the approach very successfully. They need to consider IT specialist, HR specialist and the analyst of the market process.
