Poor maintenance- It is important to understand that a system with poor maintenance cannot work properly for the organization will stop the ERP system is installed in the organization to make sure that it can help the employees to work efficiently and provide better results. Poor maintenance can be due to the improper understanding of the employees about the system and the way they are handling the whole system may not be up to the mark and it can harm the system which can have negative impact over the organization.
Procedure not followed- If a proper procedure is not followed for any tool or machine it will not work properly. The ERP system should be implemented by following all the procedures properly it is important to understand each factor about this system. If the instructions are not followed properly then we will face failure for the implementation of ERP system.
Improper Trainings- The ERP system is not an easy application to use for the employees. It needs proper training for each of the employees to use the application. The employees can use the application without any training, but they will not be able to get 100% out co
me from the application.
Wrong materials- If the organization is using wrong materials for the application then the implementation can fail. The ERP system needs to have adequate environment in which it will get proper system and other required resources for successful implementation. If wrong materials are used for the implementation, then the implementation can be a failure and get a lot of loss for the organization.
Incompatible environment- The ERP system can work in a compatible environment only. it is important for the organization to create a compatible environment.
