Brief description 
As a student in accounts departments, I need to develop my career in these departments. Through the help of this position, I also take more critical decisions about the company by analyzing all their financial documents properly. This position also helps me to make a better future in this department by developing all those required skills as a professional accountant.
SWOT analysis 
Through the help of this SWOT analysis, it helps me to identify all the facts about my skills and also make a clear idea about my disabilities that need improvements. 
	Strength
I always focus on each detail and also have a clear knowledge of money (Maier et al., 2022). I easily manage all situations with a relaxed mind which also helps me to grow as an accountant. I also have a quick problem-solving capability in situations. 
	Weakness
My confidence level is also low, which causes problems in my communication. It also makes barriers to leading the team properly. Being such a shy personality I cannot deliver clearly what I want to say.
