As a care giver I would like to make a communication with the person who needs help, because communication is so important to make feel better. I have knowledge about the human needs, the psychological support during crisis. I have to assist them to identify the hazards, how they over come from certain stress, support their physical wellbeing, to make them independent, have to promote the positivity and self-esteem for this all I can apply my practical experiences to act.

Like the care providing job application criteria should be match with the good communicator, good counseling skill etc. To apply according to professional experiences and academic qualification is the proper utilization for particular job.
