Part 1: Introduction:
After making an in-depth observation on lesson plans provided in five consecutive sessions I have observed that interac
tive method is the most effective teaching practices based on which I can preach my education to the students along with getting a proper response from them. Interactive method can be considered as one of the most feasible teaching practices by using which teachers can grab direct attention from the students. While educating the students both informative and imaginative learning I have felt that students’ response is highly necessary in order to understand their feedback. In direct teaching practices, teachers do not have enough space of communicating or interacting with the students. As a result, teachers have to make a complete one-way communication. As a result, students may have a chance of getting tired of listening one-way lectures. In order to break this monotony I have decided to use interactive method. The general sentiment of a primary school learner is to enjoy the classroom by making different classroom activities. By keeping these factors in mind, I have decided to use interactive teaching methods with the help of audio-visual aids. As a result, children can get a scope of visualizing the lesson, which helps in enhancing their memory. In addition, I have observed that interactive method always makes the student attentive active. After listening the lesson, teachers prefer to ask them different questions due to which they have to attend the class very carefully. On the other hand, I also get enough opportunity to interact with them, to know their personal problems and to encourage them for making a sustainable career path.
