Plan and write a proposal for a 4000 (20 credits) or 8000 (40 credits) independent study to be completed at level 6. This proposal should include ethical issues and a description of how these will be addressed.



 Produce a 4000 (20 credits) research report. This should conform to standard conventions for a piece of academic research, depending on the research question(s) and method adopted.



Analyse a variety of primary and secondary sources using appropriate techniques and draw conclusions from them.
