Introduction
One of the most talked about topic since many years has been the consequence of population growth on the economic development. Therefore, I have particularly picked this topic to discuss.. This is due to the complex and critical affiliation between the economic development and population growth. There are numerous theories which have been proved that increase in population has an adverse outcome on both economic and development of a country. On the other hand, there are also many evidences which proves that population growth somehow helps in the process of development in certain ways and also hinders it in a certain way. Many specialist believes that in countries which have high income the economic growth is generally slow in upcoming years in part due to the population growth of these countries predicted to be relatively slow ( Baker, Delong & Krugman,2005). Others have a different point of view which states that population growth has always been and will continue to create problematic issues in the future as more people use natural finite resources available, hence fading long term potential growth (Linden, 2017)
