Another sleepless night! I cannot contain the excitement. I shall be off to Philadelphia wit
h my university friends in a few days. We will hitchhike our way to the destination. It should take us around 4-5 days to reach, provided we get some kind people giving us a lift. There will be four of us. So getting a big van or truck will be great. It is comparatively easy to reach Philadelphia from Anchorage, from our university campus; it is well connected. Getting on a plane is absolutely beyond our means. We have been saving for a couple of months now. I still cannot believe I will be watching my favorite rock and pop artists performing live at the Live Aid Concert. We, of course, plan to roam around the city too. My parents are not very comfortable with the plan. Since my childhood, I have never been out of Anchorage. But my university days will be over by the following year. Hence, the plan. We have all heard so much about the concert raising funds for the starving people in Ethiopia.
