Including preparation time and transition time between machines, Sarah spends an average of 6.5 minutes on each Nautilus machine. Formulate a model with both an integer and a continuous variable to determine the optimal number of Nautilus machines she should use and the number of minutes she should spend on the treadmill if:


 • The total time of the workout is not to exceed 1 hour.


• At least 20 minutes must be spent on the treadmill.


 • At least 5 different Nautilus machines should be used.
