ABSTRACT
The new IoT applications are enabling Smart City initiatives worldwide. It provides the ability to remotely monitor, manage, and control devices, as well as the ability to create new insights and actionable information from a large number of real-time data streams. The main features of smart cities include a high degree of information technology integration and a comprehensive application of information resources. The basic components of smart city development should include smart technology, smart industry, intelligent services, intelligent management and smart living. The Internet of Things is about installing sensors for everything and connecting them to the Internet through specific information exchange and communication protocols for intelligent identification, location, tracking, monitoring and management. With the technical support of IOT, the musical instruments in smart cities need to be linked together and intelligent. Only a smart city can be created by integrating these intelligent features at the advanced level of IOT development. The explosive growth of Smart City and Internet of Things Applications leads to many scientific and engineering challenges, which demand the efforts of academic and industry to look for a particularly scalable, efficient as well as consistent smart city depends on IOT. There are substantial requirements in the new protocol, architectures and services to respond to these challenges. It is a special issue to bring together the latest technology and think-tank scholars, researchers, professors, engineers moreover administrator to improve the area of ​​smart city on IOT basis.
Cloud Computing assures the ability to scale applications according to the use and management of information technology, improved cost-efficiency, instant renewal, faster time-market and demand-scale applications. Hype rapidly increased in 2008 and will continue to be continued, it is clear that cloud computing model has a big shift and these benefits can be important. With almost unlimited counting and storage assets, the traditional cloud-base platform systems can utilize heavyweight web-base cryptosystems to enhance safety, which may not be done through resource edge agency. Besides, the tradition is different from IOT-Cloud Architecture; the millions of smart devices fog are distributed unquestionably and are located in the different area, which may be simply compromise by several malicious parties. This compromise fog device can lose data compiled by smart well being IoT devices as well as these false data might mislead the users and even threaten the life of the person. To solve these emerging challenges as well as opportunities than traditional cloud-base architectures, this special problem is intended to invite moreover combine recent advance privacy and safety technologies related to the Internet-off-Threads with the fog computing.
1. INTRODUCTION
And when they freely release resources by the delivering the necessary service, they are capable to spend in another services to get better the life quality. Cities around the world are getting "smart" every day with the implementation of IoT Devices. The purpose of this study is to investigate effect of smart solution for the sustainable city growth as well as to speed up the preparation of workers for the smart solution. These measures include city administration, education, health, transport etc. Focus on the main area of for this purpose a standard and standardized research has been prepared for mid-sized Romanian city for a case study. Exploratory research methods     combined with apply a methodology survey have been utilized for studying preparation of workers for smart solutions.

Existing cellular networks are compared in relation to communication spectrum, modulation methods, network speed as well as bandwidth usage moreover security technologies or generally risk transmission. After this the concept of LTE / LTE-A, wireless communication system of architecture and the basic concepts of custom and cellular networks was met. It also introduces detailed security ideas for wireless communication systems.
