In the USA, people are always busy with their hectic schedules. Thus, they are making their breakfast, lunch, and dinner fast. They often look up to fast ways to eat and continue with their busy schedule. Fast foods are the quickest way possible to suppress your hunger. But does all that time saving worth it? Ingredients used in fast foods might taste good. However, are those good for your health? Do you know how these fast foods can lead to severe health issues such as heart attack or even cancer? Do you have any idea how fast foods are paving your life towards death? About a quarter of American citizens suffer from health issues related to fast foods. So, today I will talk about how fast food affects our health and will persuade you, people, to stop consuming fast foods.

We must learn the definition of fast food and some examples of it. Fast-food is a commercial term given to those foods that are sold in a store or restaurant with frozen, preheated, or precooked ingredients and served to the people in a packaged form (Horsey & Wharton, 2017). Examples of fast foods can be burgers, sandwiches, fried chicken, instant noodles, hotdog, tacos, burritos, pizza, donuts, muffins, sausage, and many more that are sold in a shop or restaurant.
