The plan is 3-5 pages in length and written in APA format. This assignment focuses more on the ability to communicate an idea clearly and persuasively in between 4 minutes 45 seconds and 5 minutes and 15 seconds. The reason for this assignment is the need to build persuasive communication skills in the classroom and beyond. Pitching is something almost everyone will encounter in life whether that is in a boardroom or interview room. Please review the following high-level format: 1. Find a problem a. What is a problem you see in the world that you would like to see fixed? b. Or, what is a pain point in your daily life that needs to be fixed? 2. Research the problem a.  Find the data to back up the problem by referring to database information.  b. Why is this problem important to your audience? 3. Call to Action a. How do you want the audience to use this information?  b. Persuade the audience to see your perspective on the issue and take action. Gender inequality, or gender discrimination, in other words, refers to disproportionate rights between men and women based on different
gender roles, leading to unequal treatment in life. The idea of gender inequality has been commonly recognized in human history, but the transformation of gender relations has not been one of the quickest, deepest social shifts until the beginning of the 20th century. And at the same time, the status of men and women was universally established (Banyard, Moynihan & Crossman, 2009).
The creation of this situation has clearly been seen. Women's wages at work are 75% as low as men's, according to a survey in America. Coming back to the last century, at work, when men were paying 1 dollar, in compliance with the legislation in 1963, the amount women earned was just 58 cents (Banyard, Moynihan & Crossman, 2009). However, as a matter of fact, gender inequality has become a major debate in society as to whether or not gender equality should be promoted. With regard to this issue, the status of women seems to be valued by American people, if compared to the other regions of the world especially the developing regions like India and Pakistan.
Gender discrimination is a threatening phenomenon that produces unequal treatment between different genders in society. These variations, particularly from different reproductive roles in life, are distinct from biological and anatomical variables.
