PART II : Development of a health promotion poster and supplementary material for primary health fair on campus (20%)This part of the assessment consists of • A poster presentation• Self- developed Supplementary material for distribution that supports your poster and message. This activity allows you to be innovative and creative, based on the health issue/concern you have identified in the PART I of the group work, as a group, you will be expected to use the Ottawa Charter Action Statements of Health Promotion as the frameworkAs a group, your poster needs to include:• An effective, appropriate and eye catching title starting with ‘A Primary Health Care Approach to…….’ • A brief description of behaviours/actions/illnesses/infections that cause the health issue/concern you have chosen • Show by diagram the 5 action areas of the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion (check textbook chapter 2) and under each heading describe how the health issue is currently being addressed. In other words: map out on the poster what is happening regarding the prevention at any level of the health issue you have chosen using the 5 action areas as your headings. Focus on the local level. For example: What is being done about the prevention of smoking? You can use national and state policies that guide local actions.
