The first thing that you need to do is understand ethics.
· Define ethics and morals with the difference between each.
Morality and ethics are associated to "wrong" or "correct" behavior. Although sometimes they are utilized interchangeably, they are very different: ethics refers to the rules which are provided by outside sources, for exam
ple workplace codes of conduct and religious principles. Moralities refer to individual's principle of right and wrong (Ayres, and Fox).
Morality depends on the definition of others. They tend to be consistent in a particular environment, but can vary from situation to situation. On the other hand, morality is usually consistent, although morality changes if individual beliefs change.

This may include setting up doctor appointments on the company's phone line, using the employer's computer and internet connection for vacation bookings, and even making calls to companies around the company at company time(CALL et al.).
· Provide a scenario of an ethical dilemma that a corporation has faced
As the most famous fast food eating place or restaurant, millions of people visit the products as well as food provided by company. It’s very significant that the business adheres to the ethical standards, especially the provision of healthy food. But, it also has been observed that KFC fried chicken is using oils containing Tran fatty acids (Gottschalk). After the authorities discovered the situations, the case was inherited by the customer Group Center Public Interest Science Center and told the business to use healthier cooking product than they can used. · What is your opinion about ethic classes in college?
Ethics is an important part of life that teaches us principles that maintain our society. Yeah it might be boring we may tend to believe we know everything. We are wrong and we now just nothing I am an engineer, and I know nothing about my own field. However I keep trying because I like it. Everything is necessary, otherwise society would not work. You don't need to love it , just accept that is important (Kominers, and Sönmez). The professor believes that ethics is separate from its own theme, such as accounting or marketing, and the company has its own new employee training program. Strong moral education can help offset the shrinking worldview, which is often accompanied by student progress in business schools(Liu).

· Summarize what they do (Toyota)
In this new era, Toyota is taking all measures and precautions to protect the environment.
