Introduction
Wearable devices are more than just a consumption phenomenon. They may change the way organizations and employees conduct business. Technology has a great influence on the way we do business, and wearable technology is the next step. If a company is considering equipping its employees with wearable computing devices, then people, organizations, and technical issues should be addressed. Wearable computing devices can help companies improve operations or make decisions.
Solutions
Solution 1: Wearable technology is a hands-free information delivery system that will allow employees to use audio or video prompts to purchase tasks to monitor task completion in a business environment. They are used to send information to employees and send information from employees during working days. Collecting data and feedback immediately will allow companies to adjust and modify processes to run more efficiently. One of the ways Google Glass is used in case studies is to educate surgeons in another country. The surgeon here wears glasses and records his surgery for teaching purposes. In the medical field, this is a good supplement because it can also project the patient's medical records and show the results of an urgent laboratory.
Solution 2: Management: The manager must make sure that workforce pay for the wearable devices. Management team will explain to employees that this will help for work better and for effective work.
Organization: Organizations which utilize wearable devices at workplace use them to gather data on company locations and interactions in an organization. 
Technology: These Wearable devices are not only money-making, but also used for further development through new or improved applications (Laudon and C. Laudon).
Solution 3: Some businesses take benefits from the wearable computers are; game stores, gyms, schools. The game store can take advantage from wearable computer equipment because it monitor the progress of store pricing, what products are being sold, and products that have not been sold. 
Conclusion
From the case study it has been concluded that wearable devices can range from watches, smart glasses, smart IDs and activity checkers. The overall aim of the wearable computing devices is to make the business more smooth and efficient.
