Personally, I feel I have not encountered any troublesome conflicts yet but I do believe that such conflicts arises when there is difference in ideologies, perception towards a person, behavior or situation. It is also carried out because of the belief system we are carrying on our shoulders since ages. When egoistic personality clashes troublesome conflicts takes place. According to Bastian (2019), sometimes these conflicts are within oneself. The ethical standards, which a person is following, lead to motivated resistance and result to backfire effects.
The conflicts can be with partner, at work place with colleagues and manager. It can be with friends or relatives or may be with business associate. The reason is when a particular behavior is challenged and tried to be modified without convincing the owner about its consequences the conflict happens. It is also when power wants to show off. Conflicts are essential as it help to challenge hollow beliefs and ego and create opportunities for positive transformation.
