Project idea User’s Stories Content Diagram: E-R Diagram: ERD Diagram Feedback: Feedback This looks good, but it seems overly simplified.  Can't treatment be a combination of prescription medications?  Not clear what Patient Personnel is? is that doctor, or caregiver?   Wouldn't more details be required for Seizure_history that date and duration?   What about lose consciousness, went to hospital, severity, it just seems there would be more to it.  Where would video recordings be stored? As a doctor would like to see as much as possible about patient, don't you need some sort of more detailed patient history (caregivers, prior doctors). Don't you need to track results with the treatment (would like to see visual representation of how the patients condition has been effected by current treatment, would that be stored with treatment? general comment is scant on information being tracked for patient profile and history and historical activity.
