Introduction 
System project management is an important part for managing the system in a proper and effective way. With the help of the system project it would be easy to handle the project in an understandable way. This process assists to manage the project with the help of the proper planning, organizing and managing the different aspects of the project. This process assists to control the budget and the different types of problem that has forced at the time of planning the project. In this chapter has three parts and that are described about the proposal in a proper and effective way. Online portal system is considered a kind of website platform in which different types of activities took place in a very multifunctional form. There are various ayttributes which have been found associated with the online portal platform which is regarded as one of the best features of the online system project management. Various methods as well as different types of management and internet tools is used in order to execute a good system management project which will be influential as well as efficient in this context of system management project. It can be asserted that this types of internet efficiency helps to increase the efficiency of a particular organization to perform any kind of project within a specific time frame and make organization effective on dealing with different desired objectives. There are various tasks have been categorized to perform this report analysis of this online portal system project management work and this report has managed to do this at its best with a proper introduction and conclusion. It will be a very effective and fruitful discussion have been made to generate the multiple features of the online portal system management project which will be deliberately elaborate the efficiency regarding the working procedure of the system management process. This report has discussed about the overview of the project and the situation that has forced at the time of operating the project. In this report has been described about the problem of the report and the problem that has faced at the time of managing the project.

Overview of the proposal
North Central University was given a manual processing of the ID card system in this place the student can come through Shepard Library. Member of the Eagle Card office takes student’s photos and prints the ID badge. For this reason the line was high and long time was taken for doing the process. As per the pandemic satiation virtual orientation is going on for this reason this organization have been decided to open an online platform for these students and this process assists to reduce the time of the students and the travel cost of the students. The student can also check the balance for the flex dollars, bookstore vouchers, vending accounts and the laundry accounts. This process helps to maintain the social distancing process that is essential for the pandemic situation. With the help of the digital ID cards the students can easily carry this card and visual verification can be done for the digital ID cards(Yao et al.2021).
Clarification of the requirement of the clients
Clients want to get a digital ID card as in the pandemic situation it would be difficult to do the process by manually. In this tome it is essential to follow the social distancing process and for this reason the organization has been decided to open the online portal. The clients should be sent the picture from the phone and the organization should be able to print the ID and it would be given to the hand of the students. The student should visit the office of NCCU as per the schedule time. Students can easily check the balance of the Flex dollars, bookstore vouchers and the laundry account. Clients want to do the process with the help of reducing the time as the whole process is done by following the digital system (Sabri, Ahmad & Abdulrazaq, 2017).

In this above context an interview procedure have been performed regarding the online portal system strategy and possible findings to make these strategies effective in the context of this system project management work. There are four different questions which have been framed according to the criteria that the online portal system management dealt with its different attributes. These interviews session or more specifically survey session have been conducted on the basis of the processes which have made to reveal the different strategies and its function along with different context of the system project management works. The first question which has asked by a certain group of people is whether new online portal system will reduce the tome or not. It has been observed very carefully that most of the people in that mentioned group agreed in this specific context. It has also been asked whether this process will help to reduce the cost of making systems products within a specific organization. In this context most of the people did not agree with this matter and nodding their heads in a very negative sense. There are also other two significant questions which have been presented well by the interviewer to make well aware of that fact that is trending with the current pandemic situation which is also very much relevant to the process of online portal system. It has been observed that nowadays during this situation online portal system have become very useful in this specific context to make it significant and discussion have been made on that basis only. Even most of the people have agreed with the fact that this will increase the engagement of the employees who are working and performing different types of responsibilities within this very enjoyable of online portal system and make the organization effective in dealing with different online portal activities. With the help of the interview process it would be easy to do the survey properly for staring the online portal system (Anand et al. 2005). This process helps to do the survey in a proper effective and efficient ways. With the help of the interview method it would be easy for the staff to implement the plan in the organization. Interview process assists to control the survey in an understandable way. This process helps to get a proper picture about the expectation of the clients. This process assists to know about the thinking of the clients.
Written documents
Written documents are an effective part that assists to know about the need of the clients for the online portal system. It is very essential for an organisation to know about the needs of the clients before opening the portal through the help of the online process. Written documents are the written evident foe knowing the expectation of the clients of NCCU. This document assists to get the clear picture about the needs of the clients(Yao et al. 2021). It is true that written documents is also considered an effective part dealing and enrolling with different kinds of activities which will be helpful in different context of the system project management working culture. There are various activities which have been documented by most oif the people in a written format which will be as essential as compare to the works that have been analysed within the online portal and system management portfolio. There are different functional activities which have been performed under this context and sometimes found to be too much effective in dealing with the organizational needs and activities.
Observations
It is the more effective parts for knowing the needs of the clients(Istan et al. 2020). With the help of the observations process it would be easy to get the objectives or the goal of the organisation. Observations process can help to reach the decisions that are helpful for opening the online portal system. Monitoring and observations are the required part of the system management works which need to be performed on a regular basis. It has found in various contexts that irregularities in observation procedure will definitely decrease the procurement process which will be determined by a various constituents of the organizations. There are certain factors which have been worked under the different context of the project management system which is found useful in different scenario of the online portal system management. It would have been considered as a part of initiative which will be reflecting in the methods of observations and which will be initiating the process of online system management as well as make it effective in a various ways in perceiving their details.
