Address the following:• Apply a health and well-being theory to the evaluation of the public health concerns specified in your selected country.• Analyze the public health programs and policies relative to the country you selected in terms of the effect of culture and diversity on public health interventions.• Determine the best approaches at the local and the international levels to lessen health disparities and communicable diseases in that country.• Identify at least 2 or 3 strategies for overcoming identified communication constraints inherent for public health interventions in that country.Part 3For this assignment, you are asked to write a 1–3-page paper that summarizes the Country Needs Assessment and Policy Recommendation project that you submitted in part 2.The paper should have a header and be consecutively numbered. It should start with an introduction section that includes the name of your country, its location, population, rates of male literacy and female literacy, type of government, gross domestic product, and other relevant points about its economy. The paper should also include relevant information defining the major cultures or religions as well as significant minorities that make up the population. You should then cover the following topics:1. Relevant political history.2. Social determinants of health (for example, education, employment, housing, access to food and water, access to health care, any significant environmental polluters, and so forth) and how these determinants might impact good lifestyle practices.3. Expected life span and maternal and infant morbidity and mortality rates.4. Cultural and behavioral issues affecting health and whether any groups seem to be suffering health disparities within the country.5. Prevalent infectious diseases.6. Prevalence and incidence rates of HIV/AIDS.7. Prioritization of the major needs and the policy recommendations you would make to address these needs.8. Constraints to the communication necessary for public health interventions.
