Part 1, Integration
Note five specific occasions over weeks 9 to 12 of the Final Project when you have utilized open thinking. At least two of these occasions must be events when you have specifically chosen to approach, deal with or instigate a situation from the perspective of open, integrated thinking. In other words, they are events that you have selected and for which you have carefully planned. The occasions should demonstrate an understanding, integration and use of the range of competencies for this course.
Develop and set out a plan as to how you are going to approach this task and how you are going to remind yourself to do this. Then implement your initial plan while demonstrating your responsiveness to process and to input. If required, make appropriate adjustments to your plan as you proceed.
Set out an initial plan regarding how you think you are going to analyze the events surrounding the occasion. Your analysis should demonstrate responsiveness to process and to input. Show appropriate and ongoing adjustments to your analysis and plan of analysis if this appears to be required.
Create a coherent written description of the planning stages, the process, and the results of the five specific occasions.
Describe the need and stimulus for your use of open thinking and your logical selection of options.
Describe why you selected these occasions.
Describe the tools that you applied on these occasions and their effect.
Describe your actions and an analysis of the effect of these actions.
Describe any repercussions or feedback you encountered, how you analyzed it and the tools you applied to offset any negative effects.
Describe your response to positive feedback.
Describe what you have learned from the process and the ways in which you would continue or extend the use of open thinking based on these experiences.
