Your task is to identify an interpersonal conflict (a conflict involving a few key people – not necessarily a
personal matter) that appears to you to be unresolved and has the potential to escalate.
This might be a conflict that you were or currently are involved in or perceive at work, at home or in
another context where you have the power to take action.
Use fictional names and disguise other information to protect privacy. However, it is essential that you
