There are several causes of death in US; the most common factors are environmental
changes, ecological imbalance, migration and war etc. According to a survey, top 10 major
causes of death in US are, “Heart disease, Cancer, Chronic lower respiratory disease,
Stroke, Accidents (unintentional injuries), Alzheimer’s disease, Diabetes, Influenza and
pneumonia, Kidney disease and Suicide (intentional self harm).” (Nichols, 2014) In
between 1900 to 2010, Tuberculosis, gastrointestinal infection, HIV/AIDS were the major
causes of mortality in US. However, medical advancement has reduced the factors of
mortality in last 100 years, but still, US citizen have been facing critical situations with
regard to their health status. Medical advancement and health care policy could reduce
slighter death ratio in 1950. Moreover, Cancer patient ratio had decreased by modern and
advance medical facility. Other factors of death include such as smoking, use of heavy
amount of alcohol, drugs and chemical pollution in environment. These are the leading cause
of mortality in US.
Doctors, Public Health Leaders, Practitioner and Nonprofit government
organization have played a great role to save public life by providing them cheap and best
medical facility. The Public Health Foundation (PHF) includes non-profit organization,
private health agencies members, and national level agencies who have been serving public
health systems for more than 40 years. They have improved medicine quality, campaign and
