t any stage. Discuss the influence of perks and gifts on ethical behaviour of staff
Most of the companies are giving gifts to the employees for appreciating their efforts. Gift-giving always helps for motivating the employees, at the same time gift-giving also create some problems for the management. Now we can analyse the influence of perks and gifts on the ethical behaviour of staff.
In some cases, employees can accept the gifts, but in some cases, if the employees are receiving the gifts they are violating the law and regulations. The first problem related to the gift-giving practices, employers failed to pick the right person for giving the gift. For example, A team completed the project in time (Huisman et al 2018), and the employers provided gift only to the project managers, but the actual person behind the success of the project completion is one of the team members. In such cases, gift-giving directly affects the behaviour and motivational level of the employees. The second issue related to the gift-giving practise is that lack clarity of policy. The management has to implement the right policies for guiding the employees for accepting the gifts or perks. The third problem is directly related to the behaviour of the employees while giving gifts to the employee we also have to consider the ethical behaviour of the staff.

We know the fact for getting quality materials we required the support of suppliers. For delivering the products and raw materials to the companies the suppliers have to consider different ethics problems and issues. Now we can analyse the two common ethical conditions faced by suppliers in dealing with global ethics.
