The Portfolio is divided in to three parts:  Design Specification Report  Design Proposal Report  Perform Test Plan  Walkthrough In the first part, produce a report detailing the system requirements specification for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in a project (1000‐1200 words). This is a group task where the members in the team can examine the literature to source relevant information for the analysis and integration of business processes. The purpose of this assignment is to produce a proposal for a CPO that outlines the main system requirements for an Information System (IS) solution in a project. In the second part, generate a baseline report for a proposed IS system in a project. The report must contain a business continuity plan, suitable performance metrics and KPIs (1500‐1800 words). The results from the above RSR are analysed and the students can now combine their effort to create the design for the proposed IS system. The design must include suitable workflows and swim lanes for business processes, performance metrics, and functional and non‐functional decomposition of the system components such as availability, security, and infrastructure. Consideration for different options for the system architecture must be provided. For example, a cloud solution with service level agreement (SLA). In the final part, create and execute a test plan for your proposed design (1500‐1800 words). Students need to test the proposed design, carry out a performance test and a business continuity plan. The design may include a web‐based project management tool, a Portal design for project, Service catalogue and SLA for cloud solutions. Data for simulation of performance using suitable metrics and if necessary, data conversion.
