Overall You will work with other students to produce an online report about a specific population. For the report, you will apply a public health framework to the critical evaluation of the impactof social, cultural, economic, and political factors on the population and development ofstrategies to address these factors.each group member will address a social determinant of health within the Indigenous or migrantpopulation, and the group will decide which determinant is addressed by which member. Thedeterminants to be addressed are: gender, socioeconomic position, place of residence, racism, and early life influences. Each group member is to critically address three questions about theirdeterminant within the public health framework presented in the Introduction: Whichmidstream and downstream determinants does your chosen determinant influence and how? How does this determinant interact with other upstream, midstream and downstreamdeterminants in this culture to impact health outcomes? What can be done to address thisdeterminant within the selected culture?*Answer these questions within the population health framework described in your group’sIntroduction. Your mark will reflect your ability to show critical thinking and to use concepts fromthis unit. The indigenous group I need to talk about is, NATIVE AMERICANS.The social determinant I need to talk about is EARLY LIFE INFLUENCETask: Discuss Early Life Influences on Public health of NATIVE AMERICANS.Questions/Headings that need to be addressed:1.
