There are mainly 5 principles in terms of the systems approach:
· A system is made of communicating elements or subsystems that are arranged together for creating an unified whole
· A system communicates with the environment, receiving material, information as well as energy
· An organisational system is also dynamic in such a manner that it responds to its environment and is quite vulnerable to the changes in the environment
· Subsystems must be observed in light in terms of the relationship with each other than in isolation
