For leadership skill development, learning dimensions are as many possible. In fact, good leaders are recognized upon the bases of their abilities to evolve according to the system. There are ten categories under which, the leadership abilities are usually defined. However, on personal note, though they all are core components of making learning process as a leader possible, space to cultural diversity is the best suitable alternative for me.
I believe in the modern business world, this commitment given to respect and manage cultural diversity is a necessary condition to all aspirant leaders as well as to those who are already doing great in their respective leadership positions. Cultural diversity, as seen by its concept and application, is one of the challenges that leaders encounter.
