Organizational Change Intervention Proposal

This discussion is part of your Organizational Change Intervention Project, due in Week 6.

Post 100 words in length that summarizes your research and share a draft of your proposal to this discussion forum by Day 3 of this week so that your fellow students may benefit from your findings. You can save your presentation as a PDF if necessary to allow easier upload to the Canvas discussion forum. Include speaker’s notes in the final PDF if you choose that format. Select “show notes” in the print layout when creating the PDF and they will appear below each slide.

When reviewing fellow student’s proposals, offer constructive and useful feedback in your responses and be respectful of the work that went into this project. The goal is to learn from one-another’s research and findings. Consider the following when reviewing the proposals and giving feedback. Remember, these are drafts.
